Free House Agent Ts&Cs
1.1 This advertisers agreement (“the Agreement”) is made between Free House Agent Ltd (“Free House Agent ”, “We”) and the Advertiser (“You).
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to Free House Agent publishing your advert details on our web site and the web sites of our partners.
1.4 Free House Agent Ltd is a company that is run independantly from any Property/Estate agent. Although we do have a good relationship with a number of overseas (non UK) property agents, which with the customers (“You) permission, we can put you in touch with.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Free House Agent does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Free House Agent will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Free House Agent will not be liable.
2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.7 You will set your own selling price or rental price.
2.8 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
2.9 You will inform Free House Agent once the advertised property is sold or rented.
2.10 If you have selected the FREE service, the property advertised is a private advert and not for business.
2.11 Your property description is subject to the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 (c. 29), please click here to review the details of this act.
2.12 We, Free House Agent Ltd do not accept adverts from UK estate agents or any estate agents selling UK property. Any advert that contravenes this rule is liable be removed.
2.13 Free House Agent does not accept any reponcibility for any comunications made to Free House Agent customers through our property portal chat facility.
2.14 It is your responcibility to vet any potential clients looking to buy any associated property.
3. Free House Agent ’s Responsibility
3.1 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the Free House Agent web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
3.2 We may need to contact you on the e-mail that you use to register, please make sure that the e-mail address is a suitable form of contact.
3.3 On occasion Your e-mail address may be passed to third party companies, please make sure that the e-mail address is a suitable form of contact.
4.1 You may cancel this contract by informing Free House Agent Ltd in writing or email within 24 hours of placing the advert.
4.2 No refund will be made after 24 hours or after you have received an enquiry in your account, whichever is first. All advertising after 24 hours is classed as ‘Free of Charge’.
4.3 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received
4.4 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
