Property Description

All of our homes are designed and built by an American who has resided in Thailand for over 15 years. He is an engineer and speaks Thai fluently thus he is able to personally oversee all aspects of construction.

Originally from California, all the homes are single story “ranch style” homes utilizing footings with slab floor construction. All walls are constructed with 6 inch hollow core mason block, reinforced with steel and then backfilled in all corners and load bearing positions. Footings and slab are reinforced, treated for termites, water sealed and truck poured.

Roof trusses are constructed of rust treated steel “C” channels and tiled with concrete tiles by Vcon Australia. We use steel lintels and door frames. Since local wood is of very poor quality and always “green”, all wood used is aesthetic and easily replaced if necessary.

Walls are mortar rendered and ceilings are gypsum suspended ceilings surfaced with 6” fiberglass “Batting” insulation. All baths are tiled floor to ceiling with quality fixtures. Swimming pools are tiled throughout and includes all equipment and initial startup.

All homes are finished with skirting and crown molding; window sills and pentils; American kitchens with range, oven, hood, dishwasher recess and granite counter tops; split unit Air conditioning in all rooms; cabled for DTH TV and telephone, 3 wire grounded 100 amp electrical; all tile flooring; built in robes; in ground tile swimming pools; fully landscaped; 400 or 800 square meter lots with block walls and steel remote controlled gates; all aluminum sliding windows and patio sliders all with fly screens and much more.
