This weekend house is located in the oldest Slovenian's vineyards, first planted by the romans, in Lendaske gorice (Lendava aera). The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard
and comprises of three 40m2 (430 sq feet) floors. The plot is about 5000m2 (1.22 acres). The land is divided into four aeras: a small court yard and a garden, a fruit garden and a large vineyard (300 bottles/year), and a wood.

The house is fully furnished. The first floor includes a wine cellar and a kitchen with a big dining room. In the second floor, there is a small hall, a charmimg dining room and a kitchen,
a living room, a bathroom with a shower and bath. The third floor is an attic which is unfinished. There is a possibility to add 2 bedrooms there.

Lendava is 2h drive to Ljubljana, 3h to the Croatian coast, 45 m to Balaton Lake, 1h 30 to Budapest, 45mn to the biggest ski resort in Slovenia.

Lendavske gorice is one of the oldest vineyard areas in central and estarern Europe. And one of the most beautiful!

Not only it produces great quality wine but it aslo offers exceptional tracks for hikers, mountain bikers or just walkers. And in winter one of the biggest ski resort in Slovenia (Maribor) is just 45 mn away.
