As one would expect, the buildings are fully equipped with quality furniture and fittings throughout and are thoughtfully appointed to take full advantage of the astounding views up and down the river valley.

The large baker's oven of the original farm has also been restored as a feature and once again forms the natural heart of the quinta providing pizzas and traditional breads for guests to enjoy in a convivial atmosphere on the large and comfortable communal terrace.

The quinta has 54,000m2 (5.4 hectares) of riverside land with wild trees and shrubs like oak, cork oak, olive, pine, willow, elderberry, alder, broom, hawthorn and blackberry are complimented by figs, kiwis, nuts and quince.
