Property Overview

This Private Tropical Island is what dreams are made of. It has a white sand beach, crystal clear turquoise waters, a coral barrier reef, and large trees. The island is in a pristine natural condition. There is excellent diving and snorkelling, and whales frolick in deeper water just beyond the reef. Although it is in the tropics, the tree canopy and cool breeze make it cool even in the hotest months. It is undeveloped at present, but has all the approvals for a small resort development. It is not in Fiji but in Tonga. (The list of countries did not include Tonga, but Fiji is the closest to Tonga). It is situated in the Vava'u group about 15 km south of Neiafu. Its exact location can be viewed on google maps - the island is called "Tahifehifa". The present owners would also consider a property swap, preferably France or Italy and in the country side.
