Rental Price Includes (Free)
Cleaning service (for Holiday Lets 4 weeks or less), One time per week.Includes Bedding and towels changed every 7 Days. (Does not include, washing dishes, laundry or car cleaning).
Safety Deposit box.If the tenant requires the use of the safety deposit box the owner, is happy to provide this service for free.
Also included free.
True vision satellite TV(platinum package), Internet access, garden & swimming pool maintenance, Air-con M&R and pest control.
Other charges/Not included in the Rental Price.
Telephone/Electric and Water Cost.
For Short Term Rentals (4 weeks or less) the meter will be read at the start and end of the rental period and charged directly to the main tenant. (at 5.00 THB per unit). A deposit of 5,000 THB per week is required for each weeks booking, to be paid and held by the owner in advance , the balance will be returned after charges have been deducted.
For Long term rentals: The Costs will be charged monthly and included in the monthly statement. No deposit required.
For Holiday Lets, If you require a cleaning service more than once a week, the owner is happy to arrange this.The cost for additional cleaning will be 500 THB per visit.
Deposit and Payments.
Long Term Rentals, to secure your Rental Booking we require 2 months deposit and 1 month rent in advance, paid at least 4 weeks before the required check-in date. (Non Refundable).
Short Term/ Holidays Lets (4 Weeks or Less)
A 20% deposit of the total cost is required at least 4 weeks before the check-in date or immediately upon booking if the booking date is less than 4 weeks prior to check-in. ( Non Refundable).
Please note: The booking is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received by the owner.
Check-in time, after 2 pm.
Check-out time, before midday.
The house is strictly non smoking
