Property Description

Torrevieja is approx 40mins from Alicante Airport, or 35 mins from the smaller Murcia/San Javier Airport. Originally a small fishing village, Torrevieja has grown considerably over the years into a thriving town surrounded by some of the most envied beaches of the world. With their breathtaking crystal clear waters and fine sand, the beaches of Torrevieja have all held the distinguished European Blue flag award for many years.

As an all year round resort, Torrevieja is always buzzing with so many restaurants and bars to choose from. There are also boat trips from the Port/Marina by day, with the many market stalls along the Promenade, and the Casino or Fairground by night.

In addition to the magnificent sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, Torrevieja boasts beautiful parks, historical monuments, Golf clubs and the best Yacht club in Spain. There are plenty of water sports not to mention it’s own water park, called Aquapolis, a fairground, theatres and cinemas, in short something for everyone. There is even a Go Kart Track for the youngsters and the more adventurous! There is an excellent bus service along the coast between Torrevieja and local towns. The Habaneras shopping centre is just outside the centre hosting some very fashionable stores together with many bars, restaurants and cafes.
