Guide to Creating Your Advert
Step 1 - Sign in or Register
Sign in if allready a member (move to Step 4), Register if new to Free House Agent, we only ask that you provide us with a valid e-mail address when registering (see below).
Step 2 - Register via Email
Providing you have given us a valid e-mail address, you will have been sent an e-mail by Free House Agent (please do not reply to this e-mail) The e-mail will include a links which will allow you to accept registration or Decline. The e-mail will be sent from no-reply@freehouseagent.com
Step 3 - Enter a Password
You will now be asked to enter a password, which will be used to enable you to log into Free House Agent. Your username will be the e-mail provided by you (see below).
Step 4 - My Account
This is the page that will be displayed to you every time you login. The My Account page is basically a menu that links you to various information about your account, if you wish to Advertise a property please click on Advertise My Property.
Step 5 - Enter a Postcode
This screen asks you to enter the postcode of the Property or Land you wish to advertise, when you have done this and entered the security image, you need to click on the "Find Postcode Now!" Button
Step 6 - Finalise the Address
Our sophisticated postcode recognition system will attempt to match the postcode you have given us with a UK based address, If correct please input a house number or name and click on "Confirm Address"(see Below)

Step 7 - Add Property Details
This screen will ask you to input a number of details about your property via a series of drop down lists (see below). Please be accurate as not only will this affect the amount of relevant people viewing your Advertisement, but it is also an offence (1991 misdescription act) to mislead potential customers with inaccurate property details.
Step 8 - Enter the Sale or Rental value for your Property or Land
Enter the Rental or Sale value of your property or land (see below), if offering a property for rent please include the minimum period required for tenancy agreement.
Step 9 - Edit/Add Property details
This page allows you to Edit any of the details you have allready entered, incase of mistakes. Add a Photo or Edit a Photo, Add/Edit a description, which allows you to get descriptive about your property/land again make sure you are accurate and Finally Preview you finished Advert. Step 10 - Finish
Once you have previewed your Advert, you can then Click on Finish to sumit you Advert to Free House Agent for it to be Published. Congratulations you ohave submitted your first Advert with Free House Agent.
